This weekend was a lot of fun! This past Friday Zac and I, and my brother-in-law Jeremy were part of a "talent show" at Refuge, our church in Huntington Beach. The boys were part of a skit where they were playing body builders from Germany named Haunz and Fraunz. It was hilarious actually! When the two of them get together, there's no telling what might happen!

This past Wednesday my sister-in-law Lindsay had her baby! She named him Dean Andrew! Zac and I got the chance to go meet him on Sunday afternoon! He's a little cutie, and a great addition to the family! I'm excited to have another nephew around!

Monday (which is still my weekend sense I'm a hairstylist), I got to go to my FAVORITE place- Disneyland! I was with Zac and Jeremy, and it was so fun! We discovered an area that we had never been in before! It's the little kids adventure camp that's over by the California grand hotel! There was all kinds of fun stuff to climb and run on! They had these bouncy rope bridges to run across, and Jeremy got his foot stuck in one, and I almost face planted on another! Needless to say, I think it's our new favorite spot! We're just a bunch of little kids at heart still!

There's always fun and exciting energy that comes with being a part of someone's wedding day! I did hair for my friend and client Alissa's wedding yesterday! She wanted her hair to be loose and romantic and beautiful, and that's what it was! I did her hair, along with 3 of her bridesmaids, and they all looked amazing! Congratulations to the new couple!! Hope everything went off without a hitch!:0)

^^^El Moro Canyon^^^

It already feels like summer time in California! 75, and sunny! So Zac and I thought it might be fun to spend some time outside, and go hiking!

Zac used to ride his mountain bike all over El Moro Canyon with our brother-in-law Adam, so he suggested we go there since he would know his way around.

Everything was extremely green and lush, with beautiful views all around! We explored a bit, and even found some small caves and such to play in! It was nice to be out in a bit of "wilderness" for a change of pace! I highly suggest it!

So I'm not huge into the "Hallmark" side of Valentine's day, but I DO enjoy having a good time with MY Valentine! He had to work for most of the day, but we had a couple of hours to go play around!

We went to Lucielle's for lunch to have some good southern BBQ and some sweet tea! Then we drove to downtown Long Beach to get a candy apple from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory (zac's favorite place, but he's too proud to admit it😜). Then, on a whim, we decided to rent a little 3-wheel pedal cart, and have a mini adventure! We pedaled over to the lighthouse, and we eventually ended up finding a small group of people carving out sand sculptures! It was so cool!

I also gifted Zac with a little book of pictures that follow from the beginning of our relationship till now! It's a rare thing these days to have pictures printed out, so I thought it'd be nice to get some of the best ones all together to have in the house!

So, all in all, it was a very enjoyably and fun filled Valentines day!! Hope you all enjoyed yours too!<3

+++ NUMBER 3, BABY E +++

It's safe to say I'm a bit behind in the kid department when it comes to my sister-in-laws! Ashley (28) has 4 kids under the age of 8, and today we celebrate baby number 3 for Lindsay(27)! I have a little catching up to do, being nearly 27 with no kids in sight! But that's something I'm TOTALLY ok with at this point in time! It's fun to be an auntie! You can give them back at the end of the day!

Lindsay's baby shower today was Italian themed, brain stormed by @houseoflovelock (Ashley) herself! We all worked hard to get the party looking as cute as possible as quickly as possible! I dare say, we did a good job!

I had a great time catching up with lots of ladies I hadn't seen in a long time, and eating some yummmmmy food! Today was a fun day!

I didn't have the opportunity to get to the gym today, so when I got home from work, Zac and I went on a nice long walk down to the duck pond! And we had a bit of fun along the way! Hope you enjoy the photos!

Last, but not least is my wonderful husband, @ruizbeast (Zac). We've known each other for 4 years now, and I don't think I've ever once colored his lovely locks! Most guys are definitely turned off to the idea of having their hair colored, and especially having it bleached out! i mean your first thought is what? Are we back in the 90's where every boy has bleached out tips? Hello backstreet boys!

Buuuuut my husband is the type to not be afraid to try new fun things with his hair (which is fun for me!). So, here it is! Yet another fun experiment with bleach and clippers!

I don't always do hair that involves shaved sides, and bleached out locks, but when i do, i do it twice in one week!

I'm afraid that after this post everyone will think this is the only type of hair I like to do, and that's not true!! Buuut it IS a lot of fun when I get the opportunity! And how could I resist posting about this lovely lady??! It's impossible, I tell you!

Meet Paige. She's pretty much amazing. I've been doing her hair for at least 4-5 years, and not only is it fun to talk with her about crossfit, fashion, and life, she also lets me do new and exciting things to her hair all the time! Here she is, in all her 'new hairstyle' glory! Enjoy! <3
